GREGORY SCRIVENER

 Greg has a general civil litigation practice, with concentrations in construction and commercial litigation. Greg has represented defendants and plaintiffs in construction defect cases, personal injury cases, bad faith insurance matters, complex commercial cases, business and reputational torts, civil rights and employment cases, and various contract and real estate disputes. He has litigated those matters in jury trials, bench trials, and final hearings in arbitration. Greg was recognized as a "Texas Rising Star" in 2007 and 2008 by Law & Politics magazine. Greg was also recognized as a "Rising Star" in 2009 and as one of "San Antonio's Best Lawyers" in 2009 by Scene in SA magazine.
