Ken joined Ford Murray in 2020 as a Senior Counsel after many years as a member of a small but well-regarded boutique litigation firm. Ken has handled cases all over the State of Texas and has successfully tried partnership, divorce and child custody cases to jury verdicts. Ken has extensive experience in representing parties in complex disputes including marital property, partnership, estate and trust litigation. Ken frequently represents business owners, professionals or their spouses in business and personal disputes, including matters concerning the ownership, control, valuation and/or division of their business interests. Ken has successfully negotiated complex premarital and post marital property agreements. Ken has also represented clients in actions on behalf of and against executors and trustees in will contests, actions for removal, and claims for alleged breaches of fiduciary duty.

Ken is designated as "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell®, which is a peer rating given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers. Ken is also routinely selected by his peers as one of San Antonio's top Family Law attorneys.
