Ken represents business owners, professionals and their spouses in business and personal disputes involving the ownership, control, valuation and/or division of their business and community property interests. He has successfully tried partnership disputes, divorce and child custody cases to jury verdict. Ken has negotiated complex premarital and post marital property agreements. He has also represented clients in actions to sue or defend breaches of fiduciary duty, will contests, and suits to remove executors and trustees. Prior to joining Ford Murray, Ken was a partner in an AV-Rated boutique litigation firm in San Antonio.
